Cat makes it her business to share the best news and resources for people living with food allergies or other chronic, food-based conditions.  She directs and produces the webisodic program, HypFoods, currently airing on her blog of the same name: www.HypFoods.com.

A former single mom and widow for 15+ years, Cat has worked in telecommunications, textiles, industrial supplies, industrial construction and computer manufacturing in a variety of roles based largely on executive support functions.  Her dedication to lifelong learning and skills development compels her to continuous improvement initiatives and her studies have ranged from psychology and theology to business administration to film and video production, as well as creative writing and screenwriting. She is also a certified Life/Career Coach, a certified HootSuite professional and a credentialed journalist with Digital Journal.

Our Team

Eric graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island with a degree in Culinary Arts. He has kept up his culinary skills throughout the interim and has augmented his training with certifications as a Chef of Wine Arts and Certified Wine Sommelier from the International Wine Guild in Denver, Colorado.

Over the course of his career, he found reasons to break into live event production. In this second career, he has produced concerts and other live events, along with continuing to cater/cook for celebrities and private parties.  Serving as a concert rigger and production manager, he safely managed the hanging of thousands of points on shows across the country. As the Director of Operations for one of the largest event labor suppliers he was successful in producing and staffing some of the biggest shows in Southern Arizona.
